Server and uses Active Server Pages With a MS Access database. Simply
upload AspWebSurv, make a couple configuration settings, paste an include
in any ASP web page and you're ready to start running. AspWebSurv
comes With full source code... no encoding or DLLs need to be installed on
the server.

AspWebServ is easy to maintain too! The
password protected administration area is complete with detailed
documentation to make creating surveys a snap. A special archive section
let's you and your visitors see the results of prior polls, as well.
