The system is designed for both non-pay and subscription member sites.  For free sites, new members to join by completing an online registration form that collects their contact information and allows them to choose their own Username and Password.  The system can be set for Auto Approval, which enables the new registrant to immediately access the member pages or Admin Review, which requires the administrator to review and enable the new applicant.
